El Golfo

Visited this neat little part of the island and saw just how cool Volcanic terrain can be.

César Manrique Day!

Spent a day on the North of the island chasing César Manrique's work: from his swinger pad to his mean "only the king can swim in it" pools. Also visited nearby caves created by flowing lava underground!

El Grifo Wine Museum

Right by their vineyards El Grifo has a small wine museum that showcases all of the different methods of production over the centuries - and then you get to drink the stuff! Yum.

Timanfaya National Park

Visited the Parque Nacional de Timanfaya, which is probably the closest thing I'll get to being on Mars.

Lanzarote

Flew to the Canary Islands over the Christmas holidays for a much needed dose of vitamin D.
