drinking may not be popular in taiwan, but karaoke is huge. this is surprising, as the two seem to go so well together to the point of being inseparable in my books.

taipei zoo field trip
i've somehow ended up in taiwan being responsible for the lives of over a dozen school kids on a field trip to the zoo.
xiao wulai waterfall
last sunday was an epic 9-scooter drive through mountains to xiao wulai ("little waterfall") for swimming and beers.
baishawan beach
chinese for "white sand bay", carly and i drove northeast for a bit over 2 hours to get to this wicked beach.
